Get ready for an “unforgettable” evening benefiting the Linda Lorelle Scholarship Fund at the “Reach for the Stars” 2009 18th Annual Awards Dinner, Saturday, September 11th at 6pm at the Hotel ZaZa.  LLSF Finalists will be honored as they compete for a $15,000 Scholarship. We need your help! It is our hope that a partnership with you will result in a room filled to capacity with members of our community who understand and value the critical role that education plays in changing the lives of these young men and women. We are a non-Profit 501(c)(3) an the Linda Lorelle Scholarship Fund’s mission is unique in the Houston area because we: “support mid-level high school students from difficult backgrounds, who through no fault of their own do not have the support they need to access higher education.” Since 1991, the Scholarship Fund has awarded $2,288,000 in scholarships to 268 students. Eighty-five percent have graduated or are pursuing a college degree.
